The Annual Convention Committee was established as a standing committee in 2017. This committee oversees the annual conventions held each year. This involves finding the location for the convention and the creation of a convention team. While each years convention planning team is autonomous; the ACC oversees the planning and offers assistance as necessary, and reports back to the WSO Board of Trustees.
There are several conventions in the planning stages at one time. This committee oversees the financial aspects of each and has established 2 separate bank accounts to facilitate ease of tracking. Records are kept on all the conventions, and an official report on the convention can be found in each year's Annual Report.
The chair from each years convention is encouraged to be part of the Annual Convention Committee to offer ESH to the committee and future conventions. Anyone can serve on the ACC.
