Ithaca Community Recovery From Route 13, go east on Buffalo Street (towards Cornell University), turn right on Plain Street, then turn right on West Seneca Street. The Ithaca Community Recovery Building is at 518 West Seneca Street. There is parking on-site. The RCA meeting is on the top floor in the large meeting room. There is an adjacent room with a glass partition for kids.
