The Annual Business Meeting will be held the Friday before the convention as usual. It will be a virtual Meeting by Zoom, from noon EDT to 5 pm EDT. Our time is limited and there will be limited discussion of the ballot items with all voting done by electronic ballot, Due August 8.
If you would like to speak at the meeting; speaking for or against a ballot item, if you have questions for the treasurer, or have an idea you would like to bring for new business, please contact the BOT chair or the structure committee by midnight PDT on Wednesday, July 28 with your questions. Any questions we cannot answer during the meeting will be referred to the New Board at their August 15th meeting.
